Kickboxing Schedule

Here you can find the Dojo’s rules, culture and Training schedule.
Before making an appointment, please read the Dojo rules.

These standards protect and reinforce the culture of Team A.A.M.A. Our dojo is built on discipline, respect, accountability, and personal responsibility. Every rule exists to preserve a focused, professional training environment where students feel safe, challenged, and held to a higher standard. By honoring the culture on the mat, we develop not only skilled martial artists, but strong character that carries into daily life.

  • Respect and order are mandatory.
Bow when entering and exiting the dojo, follow instructor direction immediately, and treat coaches, students, visitors, and staff with respect. No cursing, vulgar language, mockery, belittling, or disrespect of any kind. When class is in session, no sideline coaching—it disrupts instruction and undermines the learning environment.
  • Zero tolerance for violence or horseplay.
No punching, hitting, or physical contact outside of supervised training drills. Using physical actions, intimidation, or aggression as a manner of expression or “joking” is unacceptable.
  • Train smart. Safety is your responsibility.
All training and fitness activities are voluntary and performed at your own risk. Team A.A.M.A. is not responsible for injuries that may occur during any exercise or training activity.
  • Discipline in Appearance, Hygiene, and Safety.
Uniforms must be washed after every practice. Good personal hygiene is mandatory. Students with strong or unclean odor will not be permitted to train as part of our Respect for Others and Self program. All jewelry and watches must be removed before training. Fitness watches are only permitted if fully covered by boxing gloves or soft protective padding to protect training partners and prevent damage to equipment and property. Personal items and bags must be stored in designated areas—nothing on the mat or training floor.
  • Accountability, Security, and Supervision.
Show up on time, give full effort, and clean up after yourself. Equipment must be wiped down after each use. Team A.A.M.A. is not responsible for lost or stolen itemsStudents under the age of 10 will not exit the school into the parking lot without a parent or staff escort.
