At TEAM A.A.M.A , we teach American Karate, self-defense, and kickboxing—rooted in faith, family, and community. Our belt system is earned, not given. Progress is awarded only after students demonstrate character, strength, discipline, and real effectiveness.
Discipline is forged through structure, clear rules, and high standards. We provide a safe, clean, and secure training facility where students can train with confidence and families feel welcome. We are a pro first-responder training facility, proudly supporting local law enforcement, medical professionals, firefighters, and the military.
Students train in a controlled environment while learning practical, real-world self-defense.
We offer two training programs.
TEAM A.A.M.A. Kickboxing & Endurance is fast-paced, safe, and results-driven. Students earn belts as they progress. Some compete; others train for endurance, strength, and weight loss.
American Karate focuses on self-defense, discipline, and structure. Students train in traditional uniforms while learning detailed techniques, education, and wisdom. This program is ideal for beginners starting their self-defense journey.
A.A.M.A. stands for American Academy of Martial Arts. We are nationally recognized under the AKBBA Association and have served our communities for over 26 years.
